Doodle Jump Tips

Doodle Jump is a pretty straight forward game, and very simple in concept. However, getting big scores is rather difficult, as Doodle Jump requires you to stay focused throughout the entire game, and for each blink you make, you pay. As the game gets hard and harder the more you progress, losing can sometimes result in a rage attack, and i believe we’ve all been there. Nothing is more annoying than playing for 20 minutes straight and then losing because you made one single jump. That’s the beauty of Doodle Jump game though, and whats why its hard to become a pro. We have compiled a list of some Doodle Jump Tips that can aid you in your quest towards the sky – so let’s get right to it!

Doodle Jump Tips

  1. Stay focused at all times. With one split of a second, you can find yourself distracted and end up falling down. Keep your vigilance up, and eye focused on the screen!
  2. Turn off your phone. This simple tip can make or break your game. When someone calls you, it will immediately exit the game so you could take the call. Continuing after won’t be as fluent and easy so if you really want to focus on getting a really high score just shut off your phone for couple of minutes, the world won’t cease to exist, trust me!
  3. Listen closely to the humming sound of incoming aliens. When you hear the dreaded noise, start reducing your movement speed, and don’t make elaborate jumps. Stay safe until you spot the alien and find the safest way to avoid it or blast its head off!
  4. Easy on the trigger, sport. Not many players know this, but your little cool Doodler can actually shoot. To shoot all you need to do is tap the screen in an area upper to your Doodler. Your Doodler will then sneeze out some sort of goo ball to hit whatever you want, so don’t get run away from danger but rather face is sometimes!
  5. When you take a Jet Pack or a propeller this is the best time to fire fire and fire. You won’t be able to stop your incredibly high elevation, so many just fire a few blanks, just in case!
  6. Don’t give up. I know i know, this tip is way too general but it really is true. The name of the game is trial and error, and persistence. Like riding a bicycle, you will fall down a lot when you start, but once you master the game, which you will eventually (and pretty quickly too) you’ll end up as a Doodle Jump pro in no time!
  7. Spot broken platforms a head of time. This little buggers are the number one hazard in Doodle Jump game. When landing on broken platform you have but one second to evacuate the hell out of there, so if you must land on them, plan your steps a head and spot a good platform to leap to in the vicinity of the broken platform.
